to get acquainted, discuss your vision for your Corporate Event or Fundraiser and

customize a plan to meet your needs.

A Perfect Posh Corporate Event or Fundraiser

Services include:

  • Initial Consultation
  • Review planning options and fees
  • Explain services and policies
  • Select the date & time for the party
  • Choose a theme
  • Review the budget
  • Develop a supplies checklist
  • Develop a detailed “to do” list
  • Develop a time line for the event
  • Discuss necessary volunteer jobs (greeters, registration, MC, raffles, decorations, gifts/favors, etc.)
  • Help with decoration selection
  • Make hotel reservations
  • Create & post directional signage
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Prepare & mail invitations & track responses
  • Prepare & mail thank you notes
  • Table assignments/seating arrangements, includes creating place cards
  • Provide ideas for favors/gifts (3) & a list of necessary supplies
  • Coordinate volunteer workers
  • Assist with solicitation of donations (auction baskets, prizes, etc.)
  • Assist with the developing program booklet (layout, ad solicitation, printer selection)
  • Planner’s attendance on the day of the party (max. 5 hours)
